Each week begins with a short video introducing the theme and process.
You’ll also find detailed art and therapeutic exercises, suggested materials, and inspiring visual references to guide your practice.

The course includes color palettes for inspiration - use them during the lessons or anytime you need a creative spark.

And don’t miss the “Brainstorm” game - a playful tool to help you start when you feel stuck or uninspired. The course includes full instructions on how to use it.

I created these practices from personal experience.

Burnout, anxiety, constant stress - I know how it feels to lose your inner balance.

And creativity became my way to stop, breathe, and gently come back to myself.
