The Art of Slow Looking
Welcome. I am glad you are here. In a world of endless noise and to-do lists, my work is a space to breathe. My paintings are an invitation to stop the race, stay a while, and return to a more human pace of being.

My practice is centered on the concept of slow looking. In an era of total digitalization and fragmented attention, where our perception is constantly torn between notifications and endless streams of data, I propose a radical act of slowing down. My work serves as a space of therapeutic presence, allowing the viewer to restore a lost connection with the quiet, natural rhythm of existence.
I explore the threshold between abstraction and botanical form. For me, this is not merely an aesthetic choice but a method of ecological self-regulation. Following a difficult period of transformation and relocation, art became my primary tool for rebirth-a form of art therapy that allowed me to re-synchronize with the world. I find visual grounding in the "unnoticeable": the intricate graphics of dried grass, the infinite shades of a grey sky, and the raw texture of the earth beneath our feet.
Encoded within these simple materials is a genetic memory of safety. Through my canvases, I invite the viewer to return to those moments in the past when the world felt whole and coherent -reminiscent of childhood, where observing an insect in the garden or building a leaf-shelter for a ladybug were acts of profound immersion in being. This is not about nostalgia; it is about returning to the self, to that state where "everything is possible." My paintings are an invitation to stop the race, exit the digital labyrinth, and find internal silence and psychological resilience in the here and now through the contemplation of natural chaos.
